The scene begins with the view of a colorful hot air
balloon in a green meadow. The camera goes down and shows five characters who
are on the balloon waiting to leave. The happiness and excitement of flying are
stopped: the characters look around puzzled trying to figure out why they
cannot rise from the ground. One of them points downwards. The camera
looks down and shows four grey balloons tied to the basket of the hot air
balloon that look very heavy.
In the first grey balloon is depicted a character who uses a wheelchair and is located in front of some stairs that are quite steep. In front of the obstacle, the character turns the stairs into a ramp that he can finally go across. The grey balloon turns red, becomes light and rises remaining attached to the basket of the hot air balloon.

Second grey balloon: you see the scene where a blind
person is in front of a neon sign indicating the exit but he does not know
where to go. He then makes a gesture and the sign also emits sounds so the character
can finally follow the path towards the exit. The grey balloon turns red, becomes light
and rises remaining attached to the basket of the hot air balloon.
Third grey balloon: a character is the front of the TV
where there is a person who is speaking. Above the character's head flashes a
question mark. The character presses a button on the TV and the subtitles
appear. The character smiles. The grey balloon turns red, becomes light and
rises remaining attached to the basket of the hot air balloon.
Fourth grey balloon: a character is listening to
someone who reads something he does not understand. Indeed flashes above his
head with a question mark. The person who is reading the book replaces the text
with a "easy to read" book and the character finally smiles. The grey
balloon turns red, becomes light and rises remaining attached to the basket of
the hot air balloon.
At this point all four balloons are in the air, there
should be no further obstacle yet the balloon still does not detach from the
ground. The characters look perplexed and over the head of one of them appears
in a puff of smoke a big question mark, representing the cultural barriers, the
ones that are there but cannot be seen. At that point one of his traveling
companions takes a pin and blows up the smoke balloon. Finally, the hot air
balloon has no barriers and can now fly high, surpassing the mountains.
